Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its sales goals. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training and developing staff, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute promotional activities
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of retail math and sales principles
- Excellent training and development skills
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
- Previous experience in store management or sales management is preferred
